About Me

I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After working for several years as a mentor and coach to students in a non-profit setting, I returned to school and received a Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies from the University of Central Florida, focusing on issues of domestic violence, human trafficking and other women’s social issues. I then completed my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Mars Hill Graduate School in Seattle, WA. As part of this training, I completed a one year internship working with families, couples and adults. I am currently a licensed-eligible Mental Health Therapist, registered in the state of Washington (#00058996).
